  Sales representative Arthur insisted that my debit card transaction did not go through despite my looking on line in front of him and giving him a reference number. He wanted me to swipe my card again which I refused to do. I paid in cash and then today find out the transaction WAS paid to AT&T so I paid them twice. His incompetence has resulted in me having to provide my bank with a copy of the receipt that I paid in cash in order to get my money back in my account. DON'T fall for this bullshit that the transaction didn't go through. They are probably getting over on people who don't check their accounts and end up paying twice.
