  Store #9416. I needed help at customer service. Noone was there to help. The manager (walking around on her cell phone) said "who's on CS?" and many employees just stood there and didn't respond. A few minutes later, the manager said a name of someone to cover, which the employee took her time to come to the desk, stopped to talk about lunch breaks with other and times they are leaving. I had 2 loose duraflame logs and asked if they have them by the box. I was told "no, that is how we sell them". I said fine I'll take these 2. She rang one up and the other wouldn't ring up so I said I'd take 1 then b/c I didn't have time (being that I was on MY lunch break). She told me it came to 24.99...for one log! I said that's how much the whole box is. She said "that's how we sell them." Eventually I didn't take the log...BUT if Kmart is selling logs individually when they should be by the box, Something needs to be done about this. The manager was useless, the employee was useless. It's a disgrace that these people even have jobs considering they have no pride and blatant disregard for customers and their time!
