  Great showroom for the chain. Hard to get salespersons attention. Buy once that happens its smooth sailing. We like the furniture and rugs for higher traffic parts of the house.

  I placed an order online for a store pick up (it showed available). 12 hours later i received a call advising me that they dont have it in stock but will have it in a week. 10 days later noone called me to notify if they have it delievered so I called myself. 20 min into a please-hold phone call produced no results- they said they don't have it and won't have it and can only provide me with a phone number of a store that might have it and will be able to ship it. I cancelled the order.
