  On Saturday, August 15, 2015, at around 6:00 p.m., I entered the store to purchase 2-3 bottles of fine wine. Upon entering, I was met with a barrage of the loudest, raucous, combination of hip-hip Spanish music that was really an assault on one's ears. It was so loud, that I had to shout at the young clerk behind the counter so that he could hear me. I asked him to please turn it down, but he wouldn't. I told him that I wanted to make some purchases, but the "music" made my stay in t he store so unbearable, that I was going to go to another store. He just shrugged and I walked out and made my purchases at another store in White Plains in Mamaroneck Avenue. Lesson: You aren't going to do any business if your customers are turned off by loud music and an indifferent attitude by a young clerk!
